Micron was hired originally to perform commissioning services to their new manufacturing suites. Due to Micron's thoroughness and expertise the team was hired to lead the renovation of a second manufacturing suite.
​
The project consisted of a full renovation of an interior area to accommodate 14 manufacturing clean rooms, one (1) custom air handling unit, two (2) make up air units a chilled glycol loop and two (2) new freeze dryers.

Occam Design
Micron has completed several projects for Occam Design, including the fit up of their office headquarters in Louisville, KY. The area included a pharmaceutical device manufacturing suite, warehouse space, assembly area and administrative offices.
We were also hired to install and test a fume hood and associated fan for their research and development area.

US Federal Government- FEMA
Micron provides maintenance and certification services for the emergency HEPA filtered overpressurization systems installed at different key locations in the state of Kentucky. The system comprises of several schools, hospitals and shelters equipped with HEPA filtered, and chemical adsorbers air pressurization systems to be activated in case of emergency.

Micron was contacted by a multi-national pharmaceutical manufacturer to help with remediation efforts on several of the laminar flow modules that were having difficulty meeting the established acceptance criteria. After a thorough evaluation Micron was able to identify and remedy the problems.
